I bought this about four months ago. After about two months the freezer door got frozen. all my Thanksgiving food was at the bottom of the freezer and I had to go out and get new groceries because they were stuck in the freezer. icemaker from day one is given very very limited ice the repair person came on finally a few days ago he got the freezer door to open and he said it should be fine anyways the icemaker is still not working. I dont think I would like to fix this fridge anymore. I would appreciate it if I can upgrade it and get a new one I dont mind paying the difference in the price thank you for listening

My husband and I love our new LG French door refrigerator with two drawers below for frozen food. Be had a side by side before and food was always getting lost and then thrown out. Not the case with our LG. Everything is within plain sight and I especially love the big lower drawer which is perfect for my grandchildrens yogurt drink boxes jello Bella cheese rounds and other favorite snacks. They say its like shopping at a grocery store and love being able to serve themselves.

Delivered 12 days ago Saturday freezer works refrigerator does not maintain set temperature. Customer service is absolutely incompetent calling in was a complete waste of time got no resolution they offer a technician if one is around. Even if tech finds fault might not replace food lost due to faulty product. Thanks LG for potentially wasting all my Thanksgiving left overs. Wont buy another LG product

We purchased our LG LRMWs2906S refrigerator over a month and a half ago. My wife loves it. It provides a lot of space that we did not have previously. Our only issue was when we determined this was the model we wanted it was the folding shelf feature that we loved enabling placement of extra tall bottles on the shelf. The specification sheet specifically lists 3 standard shelves and 1 folding shelf. However it came with 4 standard stationary split shelves. The folding shelf that we anticipated was not included. I called LG customer service multiple times. Eventually I connected with someone and explained my situation so she arranged the shipment of the folding shelf. However when I received it it did not fit my particular model frig. I called LG customer service again and after several tries I finally spoke with a very accommodating lady or so I thought when she said she would arrange to send the correct folding shelf. What I received were two more standard shelves left and right which I already have. Very disappointing. I dont have the part number to ensure I get the correct folding shelf for this refrigerator. I have given up on trying to contact someone on the phone and am frustrated not being able to get a definitive answer to obtain the part. I hope someone can help address this issue. My rating is based on customer service. The fridge is great thus far.

When you open the freezer drawer the ice maker can still dump new ice and IT WILL and it will spill all over the place. They should have put a sensor in the ice maker to detect when the bucket is not in place so it doesnt dump.

UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCT 10/23/2023

I bought this 2 weeks ago it is not cooling or freezing adequately. I set the refrigerator to the lowest setting 33* it only gets as low as 39*. That is unacceptable. The freezer is set to the recommended setting of 0* my frozen cans of orange juice are mushy. We have called the LG repairman he came out is still investigating/diagnosing the problem. He did say that a variation of 5* is acceptable. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME. The refrigerator will be repaired correctly or I will require/demand a new one. At this point I will NEVER buy another LG product. If my issue is properly addressed rectified I will consider LG products in the future.

LEMON- Awful Model

We have had our refrigerator for less than a year and it has broken down on us at least 3 times forcing us to throw out our food all 3 times as we dont live here full time. The first time it was fixed we were told it was a small piece to make sure something stays opened keeping the refrig from malfunctioning. The second time less than 3 months later we were told that the compressor went and was replaced. Less than a week after that the refrig went out again. This time when it was unplugged the person received a shock THIS UNIT IS A LEMON and we are REQUESTING a NEW REPLACEMENT UNIT along with reimbursement of all the food we have lost and all meals we were forced to eat out because your Presidential Liason never called me back after 3:30 when they promised. We have been without a refrigerator for over 2 weeks forcing us to eat out every day 3 times per day for 4 people.

Love the external water dispenser

I am very pleased with my new LG. I was accustomed to an internal water dispenser but really like the external one on this new fridge. I was also accustomed to one bottom drawer but this one has two. The two drawers make it easy to sort frozen products and only open one drawer when ice is needed. I would recommend this refrigerator highly.

We got the LG refrigerator for its size and layout. LG seemed to have a good rep and the price was good on sale. This is the most expensive appliance we have ever bought. With in a few weeks it started to creep warmer and warmer. It got so it could not maintain below 40. So we called LG and the only repair was 80 miles away and would take days to get there. When the repairman did get there he said the refrigerator was froze up and we needed to shut it down for 4 days. We did that and restarted it and it still runs warmer than the front panel shows but is below 40. Now the light on the front panel has died at about 3 months. I can not recommend this refrigerator and would never purchase another LG appliance.

After 2 weeks happy with the fridge. Plenty of room with easy access. Discovered the air filter was not installed. I contacted LG to provide a replacement. Waiting on shippment. Ice maker even in the high volume setting does not fill the freezer ice bin beyond half full. This is not an issue based on our daily usage but noted several complaints regarding ice volume on the LG site.

Have had problems with this thing since we got it. Took a month to jump through the hurdles to get a tech out to address the cooling issue. While there the tech said a 10 degree difference in setting versus actual temperature is acceptable. That being said our refrigerator is set to the lowest setting 33 degrees and the fridge never gets below 43 causing food to spoil. This is the biggest piece of crap Ive ever had. Not happy have told everyone we know about to poor product and support from LG.

Great fridge however ice making is too slow

Absolutely love the fridge but have to return it because it doesnt make enough ice. We picked this for the features and space and specifically for the ice bin in the freezer. After a few weeks of trying it simply doesnt make enough. Worked with LG support and they state it should make 12 cubes every 4-6 hours. They just isnt enough for us.

A couple days after getting our refrigerator we found ice in the drawer below the ice maker. Within a few days if got worse and we found water and ice in the freezer. Called LG and was told we would receive a call back to schedule repair. Called back 2 days later and they had no record of our complaint. Then I was told that I needed to figure out where the leak was coming from and call them back. Horrible customer service on their part

Love my new refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago after hunting at diff stores for the perfect one. Its huge and has allot of storage space. I would love it to have a larger ice maker and the craft ice feature is slow if you want it for a party you have to start a whole week ahead to fill the tray.The wifi and smart features are awesome it has an air filter for removing food smells. I love it and hope it lasts our family a ling time.

I had even wanting to have a larger refrigerator not because I bought too much but because it was hard to find what I did buy.. When I found this refrigerator at Costco.comcom I decided it would work well in my kitchen . When it was delivered by a very good delivery team I was pleased at how large it was and how it still looked good in my kitchen the features inside let me organize everything well see each item easily I like the ice production and the water dispenser as well as the temperature controls and no fingerprints . This is the best refrigerator Ive ever had and I love it.

I have had this fridge almost a year. A couple of months ago it started freezing up in the bottom draw and leaking under the bottom. They sent out a repairman. i have to unplug and take ALL contents somewhere else. Im told its common in this fridge. WHY ME? They recommended buying a mini fridge until repaired. I WANT A NEW FRIDGE

Like this unit but need more ice

I purchased this unit a month ago and have been trying to get the ice maker to work since No matter what I do I only get maybe one or two ice drops a day Lowes would not help and my calls to LG did not work I Like this unit except does not make much ice Maybe yall could get some help for me

Nice Regrigerator

We love our new refrigerator but there are a couple of draw backs. The water dispenser splashes water all over the place and it could use a few more lights in the back of the refrigerator. Other than that we are still glad we bought it.
