Refrigerator itself is fine so far. Ordered filter pack offered for refrigerator by offer in the mail from Electrolux/Frigidere. Check was cashed but no filters. Customer service is horrid. Did the chat, said I™€™d get a response in 2-3 days. Nothing. Called customer service and got a total runaround. Sent copy of cancelled check to the representative. No response. Followed up two weeks later. Still nothing. I thought I could trust Frigidere/Electrolox but apparently I was mistaken. I expected better!

The refrigerator is so nice. However a person can not check ice maker based on placement. A person needs to be able to get to it to do the reset if needed. My ice maker did not work right from the time It was delivered. I told them I could not see but I think the water tube to ice maker was not connected because it would leak onto my kitchen floor. Turned out that the repair person said it was the hose to the ice maker. It had snapped most likely while being moved. I got it at Lowes. Now it works proper and is most awesome.

I had to replace my 7-year old Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator after the back rusted out and the ice maker quit working. A design flaw they said. An expensive design flaw for me. The new one doesn™€™t have the ice maker in the door. The door beeps are confusing and I tried to do what the book said but it doesn™€™t work. The glass shelves are heavy and very hard to move. The ice maker ice sticks together which I don™€™t like. But it has good visibility and lots of room. The freezer is smaller the I™€™m used to but I™€™m adjusting. I really like the water in the door.

I love the cold water and its placement inside the door rather than on the outside of the door. The refrigerator is quite roomy and well laid out. The freezer space is rather small due to the ice maker which a nice farther to have. My only negative is that I would prefer a single door. Overall I™€™m quite happy.

This fridge freezes everything. Like others, I just threw away all of my fresh produce in the trash. Also, like other reviewers, it came with 2 large dents in the left door and some scratches. I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with the appliance store I bought it from. They're sending their repair team out, but I would rather return it. My new Frigidaire double wall oven trips my new circuit breaker and their dishwasher came with a cracked control panel, so I'm waiting for a replacement. Not happy with Frigidaire.

This is a very roomy refrigerator for a counter depth space. All drawers and bins are big and hold a lot. I wish the deli drawer was divided into two parts, so you could extend it by opening only one drawer. I also wish the ice bin had two sections so you can hold less ice and more food if your household does not use a lot of ice.

Bought this to replace a 15yr old bottom freezer that had finally died. Wish there were more options for single door upper refrigerators but my only complaint is that the hinge on this new model pivots so that the corners of the door actually swing out beyond the casing where as my old model did not. This caused the new one to dig into the adjacent wall at the corner of the door.

I wanted a counter depth refrigerator because I needed more space in the walkway in front of the refrigerator. I relied on my appliance store to identify my best choice. The Frigidaire refrigerator is ™€œsmall but mighty™€ . The various arrangement of shelves is convenient, the produce, fruit and cheese drawers are spacious and the depth of the interior is wonderful! I can easily see and reach items on each shelf. The water on the door is a bonus. Although my goal was to improve space in a walkway, I achieved so much more with the counter depth refrigerator. Thank you for designing for the user.

This is the second gallery frigidaire I have had. One in my home in illinois and now another after moving. The first one was purchased just prior to covid. Second one this year. The stainless steel is much thinner and dents easily on the new one. Roller for deli drawer was missing (had to get one from store floor model) and the French door did not align. Quality isn™€™t as good as our pre covid purchase. I like the style of the frig and so far it is running well. I also have the gallery air fry oven.

I've had this fridge for a little over a month. All that plastic wrapping was almost impossible to remove - esp. under the door and drawer gaskets. Then I had condensation on top of the freezer drawer. A repairman said the freezer drawer was not level so he fixed that. But this fridge runs constantly. It almost never shuts off. The repairman told me that's normal - that it runs 23 hours a day . Can't say I like that feature. The good news is it looks nice and keeps my food cold (so far).

Our replacement refrigerator is running good and 8snt severely damaged like the first one.We are longtime fridgidaire buyers and have had major issues with other fridgidaire units in the past and the only reason we purchased a new unit this time is because the old one had a bad design flaw that caused ice and rust to form on back of housing.I honestly believe we should have deserved much more compensation from Fridgidaire than was offered but we took the hit and gambled on a new one again.Time will tell if we are totally satisfied this time around.

Arrived with a broken ice maker

I chose this refrigerator specifically because I was hoping it would be reliable (less frills = less things to break). Unfortunately, it arrived with an inoperable ice maker. It leaks water when trying to initiate the ice-making process, and we verified with the install team that it is an issue internal to the unit. It is super inconvenient that the dealer I purchased it through couldn™€™t do anything to assist and I immediately had to open a service request. I can™€™t believe that a brand new large/expensive appliance would arrive broken and that they aren™€™t tested prior to leaving the factory. I™€™m very disappointed in the initial quality and would be hesitant to purchase Frigidaire in the future.
